Let me tell you why I do what I do

It is a privilege to be able to sit in a room with another human being every day and share with them their joy, their pain, their confusion, their successes, their change, their discoveries or their creativity in the face of challenges.

Tears, laughter, relief, awe. Life.

I challenge my clients to open up to change, learning and growth, and to increase their awareness of their thinking and feeling processes, their patterns of functioning and their relationship with others.

I approach therapy with optimism, curiosity and deep empathy because I know that, deep down, nothing human is alien to me.

I see the therapy room as a sacred space where powerful conversations that change can be held, and where one can truly be oneself.

I feel very fortunate that providing this space and time for others has become my mission in life.
